Clients retain full ownership of all lead data and contact information captured through their TIA Connect system. Tonow IQ LLC does not sell, share, or transfer Client lead data to any third party. Tonow IQ LLC may use aggregated, anonymized data across the platform for system improvement purposes only. This aggregated data cannot be linked back to any individual Client or their customers.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own privacy disclosures to their website visitors and for ensuring their use of TIA Connect complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations in their industry and jurisdiction.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your account and registration as a user of the Service.
  • For the performance of a contract, including the delivery of purchased services.

Retention of Your Personal Data

TIA Connect Visitor Engagement Data

Visitor engagement data collected through TIA Connect deployments is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Clients may request deletion of their visitor data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Account Information

Retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure to handle any post-termination issues or resolve disputes.

Customer Support Data

Support tickets and correspondence: up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure. Chat transcripts: up to 24 months for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.

Usage Data

Website analytics data and server logs: up to 24 months from the date of collection.

When retention periods expire, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups consistent with our backup retention schedule and are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.

Florida Data Security — Section 501.171

Tonow IQ LLC complies with Florida Statute Section 501.171 regarding the security of confidential personal information. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of data we process.
